What are the storage limits during the trial?
During the 30-day trial, each plan has a 50GB storage limit. This allows you to explore all the features of the selected plan without any commitment.
What happens at the end of my trial?
At the end of your trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan to unlock the full storage capacity and keep your files. If you don’t upgrade, your files will be stored for 14 days, after which they will be permanently deleted.
Can I change plans during the trial?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time during the trial. The upgraded features will activate immediately, but a payment will be required to access the higher tier.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
If you cancel a paid plan, your files will remain accessible for 30 days. After this period, they will be permanently removed unless you renew your subscription.
Are all features available during the trial?
Yes, all features of the selected trial plan are fully available during the 30-day trial period. This ensures you can explore everything Pikd has to offer before committing.
